We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Officer to support our Sales team in achieving growth targets across our automotive finance portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of administration, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting sales operations, managing campaigns, coordinating national meetings, and transforming data into insights that inform decision-making and strengthen dealer and OEM relationships.
What you'll do
Sales Support & Administration
- Manage end‑to‑end sales administration CRM (Salesforce) user management, dealer contact lists, training portal maintenance, and expense coordination.
- Coordinate national sales meetings, roadshows, and internal forums(agendas, minutes, action registers, follow ups)
- Maintain the sales campaign portfolio (development, pricing, approvals, activation, renewals, reporting)
- Support Brand Managers with Campaign with campaign activations, updates, pricing approvals, and in-life changes.
- Assist with onboarding new dealers and partners including documentation, systems access, training enrolment, and any welcome materials.
Data Gathering, Analysis & Reporting
- Source, validate, and consolidate data from BI regarding monthly, quarterly and yearly performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking volumes, conversions, approval rates, portfolio mix, arrears indicators.
- Delivery high level commentary and trend analysis to support sales strategy.
- Prepare campaign performance reviews and post campaign analyses to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Maintain data dictionaries and repeatable reporting processes
Presentation & Communication
- Create high‑impact PowerPoint presentations leadership, dealers, and OEM stakeholders
- Translate complex data into clear narratives with visuals and executive summaries.
- Develop enablement materials such as proposal decks, product one -pagers, and training slides
- Draft clear communications including dealer bulletins, emails, and FAQs
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to credit, privacy, and AML/CTF requirements.
- Support internal audits by providing requested evidence and improving control checklists.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations and data/reporting workflows.
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years in sales support, sales operations, or admin within financial services (preferably automotive finance, captive finance, or dealer finance).
- Strong Excel (lookups, pivots, charts ad advanced PowerPoint capability.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI dashboards
- Proven ability to analyse data, derive insights, and present them clearly
- Exceptional organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with experience engaging sales teams and senior stakeholders.
- Compliance-aware with understanding of credit and documentation standards.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Exposure to rate and commission structures, residuals, novated leasing, consumer loans or chattel mortgage preferred.
- Basic Power BI report building, or template maintenance preferred.
