We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Regional Manager NSW to support the State Manager in growing and managing our commercial and dealer network. This role focuses on developing strong client and dealer relationships, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional service while identifying new business opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing dealers and commercial clients.
- Monitor client and dealer performance, identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Act as initial point of contact for credit application reviews and assessments.
- Support dealership growth through performance initiatives, reporting, and data insights
- Drive client retention and engagement using Salesforce and other tools.
- Source and onboard new business opportunities
- Implement marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and dealer initiatives
- Provide operational advice and contribute to process and policy improvements
- Maintain high standards of client service and company representation
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a related discipline
- 4+ years' experience in the provision of service and support to commercial clients or a similar environment.
- Strong operational knowledge of wholesale/retail leasing, insurance or a related field
- Previous credit assessment and/or risk management experience, and knowledge of appropriate credit processes is preferable but not mandatory
- Excellent Communication and Relationship building skills
- The ability to plan and prioritise effectively across a large and geographically disperse region
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Flexibility to travel interstate monthly for dealer meetings and head office meetings will be required on occasion
