This role is responsible for taking inbound customer calls and processing their general requests about their automotive finance product. This role will also answer customer email queries and generate regular and ad hoc letters and statements.
Tasks:
Customer Service:
- Take inbound queue calls from customers and providing high level of customer service;
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner;
- Offer tailored solutions to remedy problems with accounts;
- Process customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner;
- Have solid knowledge of our T & C’s and should be confident in referencing.
Correspondence requests:
- Complete any customer requests for payout letters, statements, Amortisation schedules and copy on contracts.
Admin emails:
- Disburse admin emails to the operations staff for processing;
- Process unaddressed admin emails.
Manual direct debits:
- Daily process any debits previously arranged;
- Process promptly each day with no errors.
Education/Training/Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or inbound call centre role
- Qualifications in Financial Services is preferable but not essential
- Exceptional phone manner and able to deal with all types of personalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A motivation to learn
