Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst to support the rollout of our upcoming HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors. This role will collaborate closely with HR, IT and external partners to ensure the system is configured effectively, thoroughly tested and successfully adopted across the business. 


Designed for those with experience in HR systems rather than IT, this role suits candidates who have supported and maintained HRIS platforms and have been involved in HR technology-related initiatives.

What you’ll do: 


•    Act as the primary point of contact for all system-related questions and issues, providing support and guidance to users. 
•    Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to configure and optimise SAP Success Factors according to HR requirements 
•    Review system configurations and assist in translating business needs into technical documentation. 
•    Plan, coordinate and execute various types of systems testing, including functional integration, and user acceptance testing. 
•    Manage test cases, verify outcomes, document defects, and follow up on issue resolutions. 
•    Support data validation efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information migrated to the new system. 
•    Maintain comprehensive documentation such as configuration details, user manuals and standard operating procedures.
•    Ensure all system configurations comply with relevant legal and organisational policies. 
•    Contribute to change management activities, including preparing training materials and supporting user adoption. 
•    Provide ongoing support during and after system launch, troubleshooting issues and assisting users. 

The successful applicant: 

•    Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
•    3-4 years’ experience supporting or administering HR systems, ideally with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
•    Solid understanding of core HR processes, and a basic knowledge of employment legislation is a plus
•    Hands-on experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency
•    Excellent communication skills-able to explain system functions clearly to both technical and non-technical users
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
